Red Chieftain is one of the heritage potatoes that you must try. Red skin, white fresh, good storability, excellent taste. It is good for boiling, baking, chipping, mashing and french flies. The flesh of this potato is delicate, bright white, with a creamy texture. Baked on the bbq you can expect a potato that will impress with its slightly sweet flavour and visual appeal. They are also higher in antioxidants and nutrients than a standard white or brown skinned potato. An all around winner that pairs well with any dish!  
After a few years of organic farming practice we have a great crop of potatoes this year. We will donate 50% of the proceeds to a local charity this fall to help kids in need!
